I'm depressed...and have a question

In May of last year we were in contract to buy a house....we were supposed to close in August but right at the end our lawyer found out a bunch of problems with the house....they were missing 3 Co's which they were trying to get but couldn't so they were trying for a varience and all of this could have taken about 6 months to go through and we still would have had to close on the house with everything up in the air and no clue as to how much our taxes would go up.....so we decided to back out. This was at the end of September. I was so upset because we had wasted the whole summer waiting to move into this house when we could have possibly found something else...plus I had just given birth and really wanted to be out of the apt.....anyway, for the hell of it we drove past the house yesterday to see if it was still vacant and the house was completely re-done and up for sale again....Of course now they are asking over 125,000 more but I still want this house......that is if everything was finally corrected....but I'm thinking the owners probably wouldn't even want to deal with us even though it was their fault...any suggestions?

I think that from what you described that is NOT the house for you...I think you need to try to forget about that one & open your mind up to other homes. I think too much bad stuff already happened w/that house to make it right. JMO.

i would view the house again and if you LOVE it, make an offer. at this point, you have nothing to lose.
