Progesterone supppositories???
Has anyone had to use progesterone suppositories?
I have to start and I didnt get ones with an applicator, just the suppository itself and I am freaking about putting it in.
Anyone?

yes i did. i didnt have an applicator. i found the easiest way to insert was to lay on my back in bed. hope that helps!

no, not at all. just push them up as far as you can. i only had to do it 1x a day, so i did it at night, before i went to sleep.

no pian at all, its a breeze. Just wear a liner cause they tend to leak.

I find running it under water for a second helps to glide it in easier.

same here.
You may want to wear a pantyliner...they can be a little messy

My applicator stunk! I used my finger(as gross as it sounds) but it worked. By stock in liners too........
