I boil it for a while until it's semi-soft and then take it out, drain it and put it into a baking dish. Sprinkle it with Italian dressing and parmesean cheese and bake for about 15 minutes.

Re: things to do with cauliflower?
I do the same as above or make a cheese sauce to go over it. Also, DH does not like potatos (go figure?), so I'll make cauliflower mash: cook until soft, while cooking, I'll toast up some thinly sliced garlic and shallots, once the cauliflower is ready, I just mash it up like you would potatos, with the garlic, shallots, a little bit of butter and parm cheese (or sometimes shredded cheddar)

You could dip in egg and bread crumbs and fry... you could also mix in some broccoli.

Re: things to do with cauliflower?
Our fave way is to chop it and steam it on the stove for 15 mins in vegetable or chicken broth. Then we drain about 1/2 of the broth add some parmesean cheese and bread crumbs. Finally we add some spray butter, we pour in about 3T. Mix together and cook a few more mins. Huge hit when we did this at Christmas, very yummy.

I never really liked cauliflower, but I really like it when it's made like mashed potatoes.
