Please recommend a place for a great couch!
DH and I are getting rid of our old couch. can you recommend a place that sells good quality sofas? we're heading to Rt 110 this weekend.
we're not sure if we want leather or fabric, sleeper or not. but definitely not a big sectional, we don't have the room for it.
also, do you know if the delivery people (for the new one) can take your old couch away like they do w/mattresses?

I've had great service and delivery from Bare Boards in Bohemia (Locust just south of Vets Memorial Hwy) - they have lots of upholstered furniture too - don't let the name scare you.
I'm not sure about taking away the old couch but you can just put it out for trash pick up. There are usually specific days of the week or month when you can put out large items like sofas, refrigerators, etc.

I agree. Great selection and very nice service.
We came this close to getting a couch and loveseat there and then decided it was too big for our room. It was sooooo nice though.
We are going back there to look at others.
