Dear Co-workers,

I am writing this letter in regards to the fax machine in my office... Even though the fax is IN my office doesn't mean that every fax is for me. So please stop putting all faxes on my desk or handing them all to me... if i get one more fax left on my desk that CLEARLY doesn't have my name on it. It will be going in the shredder...and I won't give 2 craps about it
