does everyone eat enough fish?
I am in my last trimester - an i keep reading that i should be eating more fish.. it is good for the babies brain. I don't really eat alot of fish.. should i be? what kind of fish am i not supposed to be eating I always get so confused

You just have to be ware of fish that are high in mercury. Avoid tuna. I also read that we should be avoiding swordfish as well.

i am not a fish fan but will eat salmon here and there...
in my 2nd trimester i switched prenatal vitamins from prenate elite to Duet because i wanted the OMEGA-3.

I think shellfish are OK - like shrimp, scallops and also flounder, etc. I eat shrimp here and there. I found a link that breaks down some guidelines:

I definately don't. And, I love all seafood. But DH doesn't like it so I tend not to make it.

I don't eat a lot of fish, but I sprinkle some flax seed on my breakfast every morning. Flax seed also has Omega-3, just not as much as fish.

Nope, I don't eat fish or red meat and hardly any chicken either. My dr. said just keep taking my prenatals and it was fine.

Maybe you guys aren't crazy about it because of the way its prepared???
DH was the same way, way back when he was just BF now, he too is a fish/seafood lover.
