I baked Christmas cookies yesterday!

I made mini black & whites, chocolate dipped biscotti, and jam thumbprints. Yum!

But, I'll never do that again (make those 3 cookies at the same time) - it was back breaking work having to frost all those black & whites and dip the biscotti, and it took forever to clean up the kitchen!

I did cookies too! It must have been in the air!

I did Peanut Butter cookies, Rolo Cookies, Snickerdoodles and Chippy Chewy Bars.

Tonight I finish with macaroons and oatmeal raisins.

Re: I baked Christmas cookies yesterday!

I know what you mean! I made snowballs, cream cheese foldovers, chocolate chip cookies, and butter spritz. I am exhausted. I still want to make peanut butter cookies for my sister.

We are having Christmas Day so a majority will be saved for then. But I will make up a nice platter for DH's aunt for Christmas Eve.

Good for you! I made Italian butter cookies sandwiched with raspberry jelly, dipped in dark chocolate and coated in sprinkles. NEVER AGAIN! It took me 8 hours to finish them all!
