Need suggestions please..18 year old..

Its that time of year again. I need suggestions as to what to get my 18 year old brother. His birthday is July 18th and I am clueless as to what to get him. He hardly plays video games anymore...doesnt have his own car yet...is basically always out...has tons of clothes...dont really wanna give him money cause I want him to be able to open something. He starts college in the fall but is not going away. I AM STUMPED! TIA!

how much are you looking to spend?

-a nice coat (depending on his style, maybe a 3 quarter length dress coat, a funky leather jacket, a preppy suede coat for the fall....
-a personal DVD player....
-jewelry-depending on his style-a cool watch-the watches with the faces set into a leather band are popular right now....
-leather boots (either preppy or punky)....
-some must see DVD's-the wall, clockwork orange....
If he's into punky/dark/funky stuff go to Utopia and look around, they have everything from clothes and body jewelry to tapestries and black lights...
If he's athletic and preppy-how about a gym membership, check out abercrombie for clothes, and sharper image or brookstone for fun gadgets.....

depending on what you want to spend....maybe a digital camera or an ipod? is there a concert he wants to go to that you could get him tix to? or a game of some sort?
a new watch? cologne?

Gift certificate to his favorite store, gift certificate to dinner, wallet, a money tree, a car, lotto tickets (he's 18 and can legally play), trip to the Bahamas so he can gamble
