i'm home sick today...and
why do i feel so guilty about it? I have 12 sick days a year. Turns out my allergies are really a cold but when I get sick if I don't rest I make it worse (when I am run down). So I decided to take a sick day.
Why do I feel so guilty!!

Feel better! I feel bad sometimes too when I call in. But I work with so many people who take off on a whim, so that usually takes away some of the guilt.

I always feel guilty about calling in! Theres no reason to be guilty you are entitled to those days (this is what I have to keep telling myself!) Feel better soon!

WOW  I must be the only person that doens't feel bad about calling in sick. I guess because I know that if I'm not there my job will get done.

feel better sweety! don't feel bad! you need to rest when your body tells you! my dh never does and right now i am worried he will get worse! he never stops and at time's he scares me ! so please rest!

If you are really sick, then you should not feel guilty. I only feel guilty when I'm not really sick.
