Cocktail Meatballs
1/2 lb. chopmeat 1 cup breadcrumbs 1 egg 3/4 cup milk -Mix above ingredients until well blended to make meatballs. Roll meatballs into 1 inch balls and set aside. -In a baking dish mix together:
1 bottle chili sauce (found in supermarket by the ketchup) 1 cup beer 3/4 cup brown sugar -Place meatballs in baking dish and cover with sauce. Bake uncovered at 350 til bubbly (about 60-75 minutes depending on your oven) Then bake at 250 for 1 hour. Stir occasionally while cooking to make sure that meatballs are covered in sauce. Serve warm with toothpicks.
