Shower Question
What do u ladies think about having a shower for a 3rd child when there was NO shower for the 1st or 2nd...
Ok? or tacky?

I think its OK if no shower was given for the 1st or 2nd baby. Or if enough years have gone by since the 1st shower.

Thanks ladies!
Im not even pregnant yet but started thinking about it...
I dont know why, but I didnt want a shower with the first 2. All family and friends were sooo wonderful buying me so much stuff all the time I felt bad inviting them to give me more I guess..
Now I kinda wanna experience one!!
Hopefully there will be a 3rd for me to do just that!!

If you didn't have a shower for the first or second - i think it would be fine - but my only question would be - don't you have the essentials that you already need for the baby from your other kids such as the bouncey seat, swing etc.....?

depending on how old the kids are now things can be out of date, broken, or just thrown/given away. I'd go for new if it's been more than 5 years since the last kid. If not, it's always nice to get clothes.

Yes, I have ALL that stuff.. I guess im thinking about wanting a shower just cause I never had one.. as far as what I would register for.. probably just stuff like some new clothes and diapers and stuff..
