So now that we are almost 100% ready to begin TTC
I have a ton of questions.
First I gotta say I am sooooooo bad with taking pills. I choke on everything. Even my small iron pills get stuck. Are all pre-natal vitamins horse pills? Can I continue to take the Centrum chewables & just increase my Folic & my B's?
I have an appointment set with my Gyno in 2 months.

I agree that you should be ok with taking your regular vitamin and then a folic supplement. But, when you go to the doc just ask to be sure (I'm sure you're going to do that anyway )...
ETA...yes, I've found that any of the prenatals I've taken have been the big horse pills and they seem to have a bad smell too!!!

I am taking the one a day essentials and a folic acid supplement..they are both very tiny pills!
I was taking the cvs prenatals but they are big

Another quick ?....what is a good resource to learna bout TTC & Healthy PReganancy. DH & I are in our 30's, and I do worry sometimes about the higher risk of pregnancy issues.

I took Centrum and folic when I was TTC. Also, my prenatals aren't really that big. but, I don't have problems with pills, so I really can't say.

I am not a big fan of taking pills either...but I find if I take it with juice (rather than water) I can get the pill down better. Good luck and baby dust
