fed up with my work computer

i work in a small office..we dont really have an IT department...when we have a computer problem, we call the IT pple and they "talk us threw" the issue on the phone... For the past 2 months I have had nothing but problems.. I had 2 send them my hard drive 2 times..and when it comes back.. I have the same issues..
I can not access Internet EXplorer.. Our main server can not be dl'd cause it says my memory is low..Out of nowhere my computer just reboots itself and then I lose any work I was typing--mid sentence.. I am at my wits end.. I told my boss..all he does is call the IT pple and they try and talk me threw it on the phone... I am not an IT person..I dont kno whats wrong with it, if I did i wouldnt have lost every single filed originally on my computer.. Now everytime I try to do any work it just logs me off and I cant do anything in Internet explorer at all w/o getting errors and kicked out...

What more can I do? I have talked to everyone above me and all I get is shoulder shrugging. I cant even do my work and this is truly a problem I have had for 2 months now.. Im so fed up that I dont even wanna do the work b/c most likely it will be lost within the day

I would talk to your boss one more time. Tell him you have been dealing with the IT people about the same problem for two months and nothing has helped and that this is effecting your work big time!
