More silly questions
Sydney has two teeth now. Am I supposed to do anything to clean them?
A few months ago Sydney scratched her face and I can still see the scar. At the time I put aquifor on it, should I do anything else or is it too late and it will go away on its own.
Sydney's hair has become so unruly and she has curly hair on top and this long mullet like tail in the back. I thought I'd wait till she is close to a year to get her haircut. Has anyone gotten their baby's hair cut before a year? I know I can't do it myself and I dont know how she would deal if I took her to a place.
Thanks!

Re: More silly questions
#1. My dentist told me when Roman starts to get teeth to clean them with warm water and a washcloth.
#2. I would put either vitamin e or neosporin on the scar. I think in time it will fade to nothing.
#3. As you know Roman had the mullet hair when he was a newborn. I actually cut the back when he was a few months old. I'd try to give her a trim, since it's curly you won't be able to see it as much if you mess up. Or take her to zippity dos, she might like it

Re: More silly questions
1. I also read that you should use a warm washcloth and water on their teeth as soon as they come in to get them used to getting them cleaned. Also I know of people who bring baby to the dentist as soon as they get their teeth but I don't know how necessary that is.
2. I think neosporen should be safe if you rub it in pretty good and it is supposed to help with scaring a lot. What about some vitamin E oil also? that helps reduce scars.
3. I got Emily's haircut in June and she won't be 1 until October. It was all long and uneven in the back and wanted them to straighten it out. I took her to a place that specializes in Children's haircuts in Hicksville on Levittown Parkway off of Old Country Road and they were great. They gave a certificate with her picture on it and a lock of her hair and had little race cars for her to sit in, and also put on cartoons and had toys for us to play with her with while they cut her hair, and then they did it all up nice and cute with a bow. I can dig up the post about it!
