Those ladies not finding out the sex...
Dh and I have decided not to and I want to know how to go about this when i start up my registry. I want to everything in neutral tones before the baby is done (tan, white) and then add color (pink, blue) after.
How did you put stuff on your registry? I am thinking of just putting white and neutral color stuff on and then after the baby is born get the bedding etc.

Re: Those ladies not finding out the sex...
I know that I am having a , but I registered right before I found out. So, I put all neutral stuff on there.
I happened to get a blue/brown stroller because I thought that could always work for a girl, where pink wouldn't really work for a boy. I also did a blue car seat. As far as the sheets and stuff, I did yellow and green or white, ecru, etc.
I went back and put SOME blue things on, such as blue boppy cover, blue hamper, blue changing pad cover, etc, but that is all little stuff that doesn't really matter. I love the yellow and green color scheme anyway, so even if I would have known we were having a boy, I most likely would have still registered for that stuff.
Good Luck
Oh, one more thing...I also figured on gender neutral stuff because if I have another child, I will be able to reuse some of the stuff. You will most likely get some new stuff, fut for the big ticket items, I wanted to be able to re-use. I don't want to have to spend another $400 on a stroller in a few years.

We are not finding out. It is pretty easy with the strollers and pack-n-play's because they are mostly neutral colors anyway. Once the baby is born, we will get some gender specific stuff. We will be painting the nursery a soft yellow and then adding either purple or blue to it once the baby is born

Re: Those ladies not finding out the sex...
Infant seat was tan/black color, and other things were blue-ish, which we figure is neutral enough either way (a girl would look less funny in blue items as opposed to a boy in pink lol).
We went with a fish-ocean type theme for the room, so the sheets and stuff were blue-based, but like other people, we can 'girl it up' later after we know for sure :) but we thought the theme could work as unisex.
And clothes we did neutral - whites (onesies, etc) mainly. But lots of things - teddy bears, fish, ducks, winnie the pooh - we thought could work. But we found looking at clothes the hardest part.
Of course, DH scanned a boys Mets onesie anyway. He couldn't help himself haha.

I don't know if you like toile, but that's a great way to go gender neutral for a crib set. You can get a sage green set and then later add pink or blue accents.
