Bare Escentuals
I need to make a recommendation: Bare Escentuals
I think some of you use it, but I am a new believer. I had heard the hype, so I went to check it out for myself. They opened a store here at Roosevelt Field and yesterday my friend and I went. They did my make-up and it was amazing. My friend just kept saying how natural it looked, and how good my skin looked. It almost glowed. I bought the foundation, blush, bronzer, and mineral veil (seals it all in and if you wnat to refresh your make-up you use this). I also bought some brushes. If you get a chance, check them out!
They sell it in their stores, Ulta, and on QVC.

I have a few 'sample' sizes of BE. I always heard it was great too but for some reason when I use it, my skin always looks shiny in no time compared to my regular powder any suggestions?

use less mineral veil. I had the same problem in the beginning & now I use about 1/2 the mineral veil I was in the beginning, and no more shine.

I love it too.
it's great.. looks natural and really evens out the complection....
I got my set at Sephora- they have a $60 set that includes 3 brushes, 2 powders, bronzer and mineral veil.

I didn't know about Sephora, I will check it out. I have a GC card there. I really want to get the Kabuki brush.

Just as an aside....the Sephora in Miracle Mile does not have it in the store. I tried to go there to get "glee" and they do not have the line.

The kabuki brush is awesome...
i actually buff out my face with some pressure behind it- i think that does the trick...
Is glee worth it for me to run out and get?

QVC always has great deals on the makeup...even ebay ladies!! I LOVE that make-up, I've gotten so many compliments and it's so easy to use. I recently got a $20 brush plus two small samples of bisque and summer bisque for $15 off of e-bay.
