Gift idea.... nail salon related.... ????
My SIL just moved into her new a house. She is moving her nail business into the new home- new nail salon- and everything. I decided I was going to give her a basket of stuff for the nail salon with OPI nail poilishes , files, etc. as a new business present. ( It really is not a new business she works out of her parents house for years. ) Any idea where I can get this stuff at a discount? ( I already gave her and my BIL a gift card to Home Depot as a house warming.) If anyone is interested and lives in Brooklyn and wants a good job done on there nails FM mail me, she does a great job.) Or if anyone else has any other ideas for a nail warming present please let me know. Thanks in advance!

there are great beauty supply stores open to the public
1- diamond beauty in oceanside on long beach road
2- new store on merrick road in merrick/bellmore - just saw it today - dont know the name
3- there is one in massapequa on sunrise hwy in the tgif shopping center (also has pier one and sports authority)

The best prices on OPI products is from ACE Beauty Supply. But u need to be a licensed cosmetologist....if u know a hairdresser or another nail tech they could get it there.
OPI is 1/2 the price there compared to anywhere else.

Some Bed Bath and Beyonds have beauty products in them, and they're all cheaper than normal retail. Use a 20% off coupon, and it'll be great! I paid $2 for a bunch of Essie polishes a couple months ago.

Thanks for the heads up on BBB. I am trying to avoid a gift card- we just gave them a VERY GENEROUS gift card for a house warming- I did not want to put a $$$ tag on the added gift for the new nail salon.
