I dont know what's wrong w/ me lately!!
I've just been feeling down, "out of it", more anxiety.... usually I can snap out of it... but for some reason I can't! And the weird thing is that I have nothing really going on to make me feel this way at the moment.... It's been like this for about 2 months... during that time, I switched jobs, I've been on weight watchers and lost 10lbs and DH has been going to school 2x a week at night , but other than that....... I just feel like I'm on the verge of tears... ugh... Just wanted to vent! TIA!!

I definitely think it might be due to the weather lately. Everyone has cabin fever and is feeling out of it. Hopefully when the weather breaks and we see some sun and get some temps above 40, everyone's spirits will lift

No I'm not... but I do have trouble w/ PMS and my hormones... normally I just feel like this during PMS... but lately I've been feeling like this all the time.... its so frustrating...

I'm in the same boat as you, anxiety runs in my family so it really s ucks feeling that way. I hate that out of it feeling I get, and for people that dont get it its hard to explain it to them (like my DH) it make you feel like your all alone. I feel like my hormones havent been the same since I had my DD. I can cry at the drop of a hat sometimes. Hope you feel better soon!

You've had quite a bit of change in two months. Changing jobs is one of the most stressful changes we can make, even when it's for the better. Losing 10 lbs. is no small feet and I'm sure you miss your DH on those nights. My DH travels for work and I am a grouch when he is away.

I am going to talk to someone tonight... so hopefully that will help too... I also have allergies, and mine have been acting up so that may be contributing to me feeling crappy also...... I do also miss DH lately with him at school at night and always having to do homework or study.... I've also been thinking a lot lately about my parents (they are both deceased)... I guess since there is no wedding to plan anymore and stuff I have more time to focus on that too.... and I suffer from anxiety and panic attacks to begin with.... I guess its just a combination of things......

Hi. First, Then, I find myself feeling the same way around that time of the month. It seems to be getting worse as I get older. I have heard that soy helps and I've also been recommended by friends to try different supplements from GNC. Of course, I should take my own advice! I've bought some things, but I don't necessarily follow through on taking it! I hope you feel better!

I have been feelign the same way lately. in fact ive been sick for two weeks and i think its bc ive been down.
