The saga still continues about the house it never ends
The lawyer called about the money and the people are refusing to release the money because according to them"they think the damages were not bad.HELLO we have pictures and estimates are you for real! now we have to go through small claims court to fight for the money!!UGHHHH when is it going end. the money i am talking about is the escrow the previous owners wont release it to us. and the mortage guy wont give our money back from the 1 point he charged us which should not have been charged he said he was going to give it back to us which was a blantly lie. I guess I am right I am the born loser.

Oh I know but they think they do! they think the damages were not that bad "Hello" it was bad The service master people took the rugs out of the basement and we have no washing machine. June I need to ask this why do people think they can get away with stuff WHY? I have the pics to show all of ya's. I hope something turns out right soon.

but I don't get it.... they wont be able to get any money since the lawyers are the one holding it in escrow Don't stress!

dh came home and said we are getting the $300 dollars back from the mortage guy!! he is going to mail us a check. its going to take a week to 10 days.

An attorney can not, under any circumstances, release money in escrow that is under any sort of dispute- mis-handling escrow money is the fastest way to get disbarred or sanctioned. The money will have to remain there until the courts decide who gets the money. It is, however, very unfortunate that the sellers are putting you through this when it seems like the damage is pretty bad.

here are some pics we had to pull the rugs up. well this one was before the guy came but you see the washer machine i wish i could show more but I want you all see what we are going through my a$$ the damage was nothing. Image Attachment(s):
