switching to whole milk- poop question?

Im wondering if Bryan is having a reaction to whole milk? He had a sensitivity when he was around 3 months so he has been on alimentum ever since. This mornig I tried 4 oz of reg milk and he seemed fine drinking it. But his poop is a bit darker and smellier and a bit looser but not much- is that ok? He seems fine otherwise.

See thats how Julia's poops is and she is on whole organic milk now, she also has been getting a sore tushy and I think its from the milk, I'm going to buy the soy milk and see what happends.....
