no pasta, lol bc thats all i ever make...(its the easiest)

i have nothing in my freezer, i've tried that concept b4 but i always 4get to take out the meat in the am, and then by the time i get home its too late to defrost
so i just pick up what i need on my way home. so any ideas really would be great

Stuffed Peppers or Stuffed Egglpant (I made both yesterday actually)?

Grilled Chicken with Salad?

Steak? I'm dying to try the recipe Donna&Joe708 posted on the recipe board. Although, it's with pasta and you said you didn;t want that, LOL.

i emailed dh and told him to chose btwn having steak for dinner
or bread veal cutlets
lets see what he decides.

How about using it for stuffing (Pepper, Eggplant, Zucchinni, etc)
Or tacos
or chili
or burger (add ingredients to the mix for something different)
