i have nothing in my freezer, i've tried that concept b4 but i always 4get to take out the meat in the am, and then by the time i get home its too late to defrost
so i just pick up what i need on my way home. so any ideas really would be great

Grilled Chicken with Salad?
Steak? I'm dying to try the recipe Donna&Joe708 posted on the recipe board. Although, it's with pasta and you said you didn;t want that, LOL.

or bread veal cutlets

I was thinking of it...but we had pasta and sauce on Sat night. I could make it and freeze it.

I was thinking of it...but we had pasta and sauce on Sat night. I could make it and freeze it.
How about using it for stuffing (Pepper, Eggplant, Zucchinni, etc)
Or tacos
or chili
or burger (add ingredients to the mix for something different)
