anyone order them? the early pregnancy test strips that say you can test as early as 6-8 days after ovulation?

They are okay just higher chance for evap lines. You can see where the line is before you even test...if you look close enough. They are exposed to air right away so , that can help cause the evaps.

They are good to use if you are a poas addict though, since they are cheap :)

After fertilization the egg, becomes a zygote will travel through the fallopian tube for about 3-4 days...then it travels into the uterus..at that point it is a morula (16 cells).....at that stage, the cells start to flatten on the inside, and by day 5 it is called a blastocyst. Around 6 dpo...the blastocyst hatches, it basically secretes an enzyme that thins/erodes some of the uterine lining and starts to implant. At that moment, hcg is released.

However, a blastocyst can be inside the uterus for days before it latches on and implants. If you implant immediately, then hcg can be secreted as early as about 6dpo..

It is very very rare to pick up hcg at that point, however it is very possible.....because they are making these hpts TOO sensitive.

I bought them and got BFNs when I KNEW I was PG. They drove me nuts. I thought I was miscarrying but I was getting dark lines on the Answer Early and Pregnant on the digitals. After AF was a week late, they were still giving me BFNs. I ended up giving birth to a healthy baby boy 3 weeks ago. I will never buy those tests again.

I bought mine from earlypregnancytest.com. I purchased the dip sticks, and mid urine sticks. I never got an evap line from them, and believe me I was an addict with those tests! I got two BFP's with them. With this pg, I got a BFP at 8dpo with the dip stick.

I bought cheapies too and also tests from the Dollar store. The cheapies produced light evap lines from time to time but when I wasnt PG they also came up stark white.

I will say this though - they need more hcg in your urine to detect and come back with a BFP. I was getting BFP with Equate and FRER and still getting BFNs with the cheapies.

That being said...if you are a POAS addict like I was, the cheapies are the way to go! Plus once I did get PG I had lottttts of fun POAS and using up all my cheapies!
