Her movements and stuff looked liek she was trying to be Gwen Stefani to me...Hated that..she seemed like she was copying...and the 2nd song, I said to DH..can you understand a WORD shes saying??

Yes, they are called ear monitors I believe and they have a duel purpose. The first purpose is to block out the sound of your own voice. When you are signing in a venue with lots of speakers your words get delayed in the way you hear them so it can throw off your timing.
Second reason, when people are on tour, they have an "ear monitor" who usually sits on the side (sometimes in front) of the stage and you and he can communicate throughouth the show.

Did u see at the very end that she had to add her stupid little jig! I was thinking that she was smart not to repeat it throughout the show and then she did it at the end!

I was thinking the same thing but OMG, her moves just did not 'flow'.
At the closing of the show she was hugging her band members and raising her arms like 'YES, we did a great performance this time!"
