sleep problems
I am little concerned about Sara. At night after she eats her 11PM bottle and her 3 AM bottle she seems to have ahard time breathing. SHe seems conjested and cant get back to sleep. It is torture for her and me not sleeping. This never happends during the day . During the day she sleeps just fine. Why is this?

Re: sleep problems
I would definitely talk to your doctor about it - during the cold months Alex also was congested, only at night. You may want to use a cool mist humidifier or a steam vaporizer and put something under hte crib mattress so she's elevated. That usually helps alleviate the congestion a little...
Edited to ask - are you BFing? I noticed that my daughter became much more congested whenever I ate any milk products... something to consider!

Re: sleep problems
I agree - we use a sleep positioner that elevates her head alittle bit and ill occasionally use the nasal aspirator to get any boogies out of her nose.
Occasionally - Julia will make noises also at night - i think it may be because she needs to be burped again and isn't comfortable - i still haven't figured it completely out.
Good luck
