Very cool!! I think it's a great pic and it was a GREAT article (I actually read it this morning!!) More companies (and Dads) should be that flexible when it comes to taking paternity leave and caring for their children..  to your BIL!

She knew- she just didn't think it was going to be a full page article, and the pic is huge in the paper. She thought it was just going to be a small blurb thingy.

I love it!!!! Yes, an exec is easier than staying home with a 4 year old. He saw "Cars" 4 times!! He must know the movie by heart
From the article...
"It is less intense to be at work," said Marcus, 36 - who looked after his 4-year-old daughter Gabby while his wife Nancy took care of their infant son Jackson.
"A 4-year-old asks a lot of questions - and they all have to be taken seriously," he said.
Marcus played catch with her, took her and her kiddie golf clubs to the driving range, danced and sang to her favorite album, "Hot Fuss." They also saw the movie "Cars" - four times.

He's actually a good dad - very into doing things with her - they go to ball games all the time, etc. - and I think he might have wanted to see the movie more than her...
Now, by the way, you can't walk down the street with her without her naming EVERY kind of car on the street.
