When (time of day) to POAS?
So my cycles have been all over the place- if I go by how I used to be (for YEARS) I was on a 28 day cycle, which would make me 5 days late. But I've gone as long as 34 days, which would make AF due tomorrow. I have NONE of my usual symptoms of AF, but no symptoms of being PG either.
That's actually a little off topic, actually, but if I POAS, when should I do it? Because I don't sleep through the night, ever. I almost always get up once, and sometimes twice. So FMU at 5 am, when I get up, is only two or three hours "old". I don't know what to do.

You can test any time of the day, just don't overdrink to make yourself pee. Hold it for 4 hours then go POAS!! If you get up in the wee hours, I would POAS then!!

I was under the impression that the morning was the best time to test, but that's probably because you haven't "gone" for a while.
