anyone have a Hampton Bay ceiling fan w/remote?
I don't have the instruction booklet and can't get it to turn on. Sometimes this fan turns on/shuts off automatically

how many do you have?
I have a few in my house and the remote/switch will affect another one in another room and another floor...we had to change the frequency to get them to stop

I have 2 of these fans-(already here when we bought the house) one downstairs has the remote and the one upstairs has that on/off chord. just have the problem with the downstairs fan.

We had one at our old house and we had trouble getting it on and off sometimes. The batter in the remote was somehow loose. It may be a problem with the remote itself.... Can you go on the website and see if there is a customer service number you can call?

I do. The only problem I have is that sometimes I have to push the buttons in hard for it to turn on.

not that I know of. I don't see anything on the remote for a timer
