My Real Estate Agent - 1 year later...
My Real Estate agent 1 year later calls me to see how we are doing and see how the house is and tells us he is sending us another gift. Now that is service. He gave us a copy of the 2005 Entertainment book at the closing so I am guessing he is sending us the 2006 book. I was pleasantly surprised that he called. He definitely knows how to hold onto customers. When I am ready to sell I will definitely be using him.
So for all the horror stories you hear about RE agents - they are some fantastic ones out there. I would recommend him to anyone.

i know....and have seen some idiot realtors when looking at houses...
Some are just AZZes..

my agent didnt give us anything. The seller didnt give us anything. We actually bought the seller a bottle of wine, and he made a comment that the seller was supposed to give the buyer a gift - but we got nothing lol.
Anyway, the sellers agent actually is my next door neighbor and he is a great guy. I would recommend him to anyone....As for our real estate agent, we never heard from her again

Talk about good service... our agents (husband and wife team) heard we had a baby and this week they stopped by and gave us a sweet gift for the baby!! We'll definitely be using them again!!
