still getting sick at times

I am 17 weeks and Yes the morning sickness has subsided but every few days I get queasy and throw up. In the first trimester they said its okay bc the baby can fend for itself bc of the "yolk" but what about now...am I damaging the baby? I am in my second trimester. ANyone sick longer then expected?

There are a few of us here that were sick into our 20+ weeks. I can't speak for the others but my doctors told me there was no real concern because I was able to keeep some meals down. He went on to explain that the baby takes what it needs first.

So Ive noticed! LOL...every 2 hrs I feel like I havent eaten for 24!!!!! my babies stealing all the food!!!!!!

i'm 30 weeks and still vomit if I don't take Zofran every morning. I not nauseous at all - my docotr said its a gag reflex thing.

I got sick through most of my pregnancy
Not everyday like in the beginning or as bad but every now and then.. as soon as I thought I was done with that... he would show me who was boss

My SIL threw up for 9 mos!!! And I have a perfectly healthy nephew..........Ughhh 9 mos, can you imagine??? Feel better soon Paulette!

are you gaining? I was sick last night(14 weeks) but I gained 8 pounds this month, so no one seems to care.

hope it ends soon!!
