How much do you pay and is it easy install?

Easy to install
I had it years ago when it first came out and I ahted it. It was the shoddiest service ever. It was out more trhan it was in and when i called them they would be like "well, service is not guaranteed" it was sucha fiasco, plus you had to sign a contract so I was stuck with it.
They say they've improved it, but for the customer service alone I'd never ever go back. I love my cable

My mom has it. I installed it for her, so it was easy  I think she pays $15 a month for the firat year, and I forgot what it goes up to after that...
She had dial up before, so she loves it. I have gone over and used it, and can't tell the difference between that and optimum.

I have it and like it. It is either $29.99 or $39.99 a month (sorry, I can't remember and I know that's a big difference). I have never had any problems with it.

Honestly I do not notice a difference between Verizon DSL and when we had optonline.
