Anyone know what property taxes are like in N. Carolina?
I'd assume they're ALOT lower than here!

They range anywhere from $1,000-$3,500 per year. Much lower than NY.

I think I pay $2400 - and that's in the city of Charlotte, outside would be less.

I believe it is 3% of the apprasial value of your home.
For example, if you purchase a home in N.C. at $155,000 and the property is apprased for that same value, your property tax would be 3 % of that.
