I found two sites for you to check out
WAHM
and
west.com - click on home agents
According to hoovers.com, west is a legit company. I also checked out a few scam boards and they all say that West is a legit company and a few of the people on the sites work for them.
This is their site where you would put in your info to apply - All the info you need is on the site
I am thinking about applying for some part time work

west is definately legit BUT you could be on a waiting list a year EASILY with them. I believe they are another tele commuting company where you do inbound calling for HSN and such
wahm.com has alot of great legit info!

West is telemarketing. I looked into it a while ago. I forget if it was inbound (you get calls at home to answer) or outbound (you make calls to a list, sometimes qualified leads, sometimes cold calls)
