I am deathly afraid of flying and...
my parent's and sister are leaving for Aruba in the morning. I can't sleep and I am so sick to my stomach. I hate when my family flies. I get so nervous.
My mom doesn't even want to go because she also hates flying and now that she has her new grandson she doesn't want to take any chances.
I am so sick about this and I can't stop thinking about it.

Please try not to worry and get some sleep...I feel the exact way you do about flying and I worry like the dickens..but I try to tell myself its going to be ok..sooo many planes take off every day etc... for you..I know how you feel

Your chances of being involved in an aircraft accident are about 1 in 11 million. On the other hand, your chances of being killed in an automobile accident are 1 in 5000
Id worry more about them driving to the airport then flying
Try to relax. It will be fine

Thanks everyone
Well, I really didn't sleep. Went to bed around 2:30am and woke up about 5am
Now I know they are in the air They are landing at 1pm. Figures they couldn't just go to Florida so I would only have to worry for 3 hrs
