dumb new mommy question
ok so i have to go food shopping today...but how with  ??
i cant push a stroller & cart at the same time!!! any advice??

Not dumb at all... I remember my MIL took me out for the first time because I was so nervous about shopping with Alex and had no idea about the logistics of it all... you can either put the car seat on top, if it fits and clicks in, but if it doesn't, you can always place the carseat inside the cart itself... not as much space for food shopping but you can strategically place items around baby 
Or, use the baby carrier...

It is. If your car seat isn't compatible with a shopping cart, you can do a light shop & but her in the basket section.

I always put the infant seat into the front of the cart. It hooks in nicely.
Or, if you have a Baby Bjorn carrier, you could use that if you think that is safer.

this is exactly what I do, depending on the cart.

What kind of car seat do you have? I have the Graco Snugride, and I haven't been able to get it to fit nicely in a supermarket cart.
