Dentist Appt.

I am just going for a cleaning on Thursday, but sometimes they take x-rays... should I not let that happen...I don't think I'm PG but we are TTC.

I just have to say how nice it is to have everyone here to ask these questions to... my friends and family don't know we are ttc so I have no one else to ask, so thanks!!!

This was asked recently and its a 50 50 opinion about it on here. Just tell them that you are TTC and ask to be double aproned. this way if you do have a cavity, you can get it done NOW before you get PG. If you are in fact PG then you have to wait to do the cavity and hope you can get through the PG without it bothering you, but if you get AF I would get it fixed right away. Good Luck and dont worry, dental xrays have very minimal radiation. you are exposed to more radiation everyday just walking outside your front door. I am TTC and I had xrays( 8) taken, and 2 fillings done with novicaine. You will be fine. I double confirmed with my doctor besides my dentist and I am a dental hygienist. GL!
