Can I not buy something on ebay after I won?
I bought formula on ebay but did not send payment yet. Can I retract it? I think my son is allergic to the formula. I had only used it a couple of times and last night when I gave it to him he developed a rash on his face and neck. I am scared to give it to him again.
Can I cancel the transaction now?

I think that once you win, you are obligated to buy. if you don't, the seller can post negative feedback for you.

I would email the seller and tell them that you cant use the product. You might be able to work out something with them. I had something similar happen to me (I couldnt use a product i had won) and I emailed the seller and offered to remburse her the fees that she was charged to list the item. She agreed and I didnt get a negative feedback from her

You'd have to contact the seller and explain the situation. Hopefully, he'll be understanding and not give you negative feedback, just offer the second highest bidder a second chance.

Are you sure he's allergic to it? I'm under the impression that an allergy to formula would cause a digestive reaction, no?
I would talk to your pediatrician before cancelling. It might be heat rash.

This happened to me a few weeks ago. I bought something than after I bought it I realized it was used so I contacted the seller and she agreed to refund me the money-I think it depends on the seller.
