Help me make a decision please!!
I've narrowed my two choices down to Sears and Kiddie Kandids for photos. Here are the 2 deals:
Kiddie Kandids:
8 portrait sheets
3 borders
An item with the photo on it
CD with pictures on it.
$109.95
Sears:
9 portrait sheets
1 10x13 wall portrait
4 enhancements (excluding color accent)
99.99 + 14.99 (because I'm not a smile savers customer) = $114.98
Please tell me what you think...
Also, if anyone had these done, how many poses, backgrounds, props do you get for each package? It's so confusing! I don't want to go there blind, so any help is appreciated!

well...
is the CD from Kiddie Kandids reprintable? Like can you upload it to shutterfly so you can make them B & W or order MORE prints cheaper??
For me, a big part of it is having enough to give out to everyone as well as the different shots.
ETA: my friend had a bad experience with the SEars in SmithHaven Mall when she went.

yes the cd is reprintable...plus you can send the pictures by e-mail too.
any other thoughts?

I dont really like Sears...I dont think they are any different then Walmart....Dont get me wrong they do a good job, but Im not to thrilled with there props and poses...
I know a ton of people who used kiddie kandids, and they had the coolest pictures done.. (as far as props, and poses and stuff)

Also the cd thing is a great idea..IMO.... DH has a huge family, and whenever someone gets pics done...I find myself running to ever local CVS or walgreens, playing lets make a deal... Let me scan these photos..and you can close your eyes to the logo on the back...
With the cd...you can go and just put it in..no questions asked!

i just want to say when you get this cd being that you can reprint them make sure you get a copyright release from the photographer place or even though its a cd you might not be able to make reprints. I was an ast. mng over walmart and I had to turn alot of mothers away with even cds cause its against the law if they cant prove they have a release. so just be prepared a little word of advice

I have always used Sears and been very happy with them. If you use them become a smile savers member. With them you will get more pices, but I actually found it was tooo much.
The CD is very valuable, so if you cant get a CD from Sears I would go with KK.
Also keep a look out for Sears $4.99 a sheet coupon. That is REALLY worth it!!!
