Anyone looking in Westbury/East Meadow?
Just for fun DH and I went to an open house in our neighborhood over the weekend. We like to go for walks and just pop in when we can. For the most part we were very shocked at the conditions of houses and what people were asking..until now.
There is a FSBO that is in MINT condition. Really move in condition with 3 bedrooms and 1 1/2 bath and I think the price was $519K. I dont know if they listed on line or not.
It is in the area of Salisbury which is in the town of Westbury but East Meadow schools, close to Old Country Road.

We looked at a house in Salisbury. It seems like a nice area.

I live in Salisbury and love it!!!! Im close to all major parkways, close to the mall, close to the city, midline with western suffolk. My neighbors are really friendly and its a quiet neighborhood.

No it is on Choir Lane off of Carman. (I am also in Salisbury )

Sorry no link. I know it is FSBO but I dont know if the people listed it on line or not. It is a gray sided house on choir lane, right off of Carman Ave.
What I remember:
3 beds, made 4th dining room
1 1/2 baths and the washer/dryer is in the 1/2 bath on the main floor. I loved this since mine is the kitchen.
Central Air
Attached Garage with workbench
Inground Sprinkler
New Roof and New Windows
Nice Landscaping
Nice Shed in Backyard with Nice Patio
