I am p-od now the saga still continues about the house
The lawyer called about the money and the people are refusing to release the money because according to them"they think the damages were not bad.HELLO we have pictures and estimates are you for real! now we have to go through small claims court to fight for the money!!UGHHHH when is it going end. the money i am talking about is the escrow the previous owners wont release it to us. and the mortage guy wont give our money back from the 1 point he charged us which should not have been charged he said he was going to give it back to us which was a blantly lie. I guess I am right I am the born loser.

I dont think so!I think he just charged us the 1 point because he wanted the money thanks act I know I am not a born loser but i am sure feeling like one Dh and I from the time we closed to now it seems like its getting worse and worse we just want our money so we can get new rugs, washer machine( tired of going to my mom's to do laundry but its better than the laundromat. i feel like we should take action against the lawyer and also the mortage guy because they are both blantly liars. and the previous owners are SO getting sued.thanks for letting me vent.

I don't think they can charge you more than what they put on the good faith when it comes to their fees (others fees yes, but MORTGAGE fees, no). You can probably threaten to report him to the state banking department. Your atty. should also be settling the escrow dispute and not sending you to small claims. That is ridiculous. I'm sorry you are going through this.

thank you oh believe me, we will report him Dh knows who to report him to he told me but i forgot he will be in big trouble if he does not give us our money back!
