We might be buying a house!!!!!**WE're in CONTRACT!!!**
For those of you that dont really know me.. we have lived in Florida for a year now, and a few places we looked at last year ended up falling through so we rented for a bit down here..
WELL... We went to look at a house yesterday and I really love it.. DH is excited too, so the realtor is coming by tonight to write upa letter of intent. Its a little smaller than we were looking for, bu it has a lot of potential. Its in a great neighborhood, and within walking distance to a park- which is great for me and my little one.. (soon to be ones...)
Cross your fingers for us.. this would really be a great thing if it goes through.. I am trying to stay neutral, I know I will be disappointed if it doesnt go through for one reason or another, but I have a great feeling about it!! Thanks for letting me share!!
We offered, she counter offered, we accepted.. we are in CONTRACT!!!! I am so excited.. Hopefully all goes well with our paperwork for our mortgage and all and then March 1st will be closing! Its happening real quick, but I am soooo excited!!!

We currently live in Clearwater, the home we are waiting to hear back on is in North St. Pete.

Hi thats great!!!!! We are looking to purchase a second home in FL, in either Spring Hill, Auburndale or Brooksville. We are looking for the acreage thats why we chose those areas 3 acres min. My SIL lives in New Port Richey and FIL lives in Dunedin, they love it!!! I  all goes well and best of luck to you!!!!

Whooooo hooooooo!!!!...Were in contract also and plan on closing within the next 2 weeks...just waiting on the title which prolongs the process.
