Gift for new baby
My good friend who lives in Florida just had her first baby. I want to send them a gift but think its better to send them something they can use rather than something decorative to put on a shelf. What do you ladies think?
Also, what do you think would be a good gift? They have some things left on their registry like a gift bath set with all kinds of baby wash, lotion, etc. but I wasn't sure if this was nice enough.
TIA!

IMO anything that is a "disposable" item like diapers, soaps, etc are always good.

I agree.. I would rather diapers or wipes, than another picture frame if you ask me! The bath tub stuff is great too.. HTH

I would prefer the bath stuff over something decorative, definitely.

Re: Gift for new baby
Diapers and wipes are something you go through ENDLESSLY so they would be a big help.
And if you do something for a shelf what about something nice and personalized? Like a frame with the baby's Birth date, weight and name? Or a personalized christmas ornament if they celebrate?
Also I wish we had recieved more gift cards to BRU because there are so many thigns we needed to go back and buy and we payed for most of them out of pocket.
