After spending thousands on baby furniture that arrived dented a scratched....the store has found a solution
They sent 2 men over today with a package of magic markers to fill in the marks. I couldn't believe it....so now we have to wait for someone to call us back tomorrow. Poor Ava...her room will never be complete!

hope they give you new furniture, or at least compensate you somehow!!

I would of flipped out that is totally not acceptable baby furniture is very expensive and it gets delivered with nicks and scratched and they send you over markers to fill it in are they out of there freaking mind I hope you called the store and gave then he!! for it.
I would tell the store to come back pick up this furniture and send over new furniture and if they say no then I would ask for a refund and send it back if still nothing try calling h elp me howard or something like that they always get things done and this store is trying to rip you off

We called the store and they are sending over new furniture on Thursday! Ehhh...what a pain in the a$$. The store is Behr's!

could you put a complaint to the BBB about them since they should of sent over the furniture in the first palce instead of sending over men with markers to color in the nicks

I had a problem with them too. A part was missing from the crib and it was a fight to get the piece from them.

Are they kidding! I would be livid. If they don't replace it I would call the Better Business Bureau or start a claim with your credit card company. That is just ridiculous.
