Went to visit a friend at Nassau Correctional Facility
Thank you to everyone that helped me find any information on Nassau Correctional Facility. My mom and I went yesterday, and boy that was an experience. I don't know how often I 'll be doing that.
But anyway, I know why Anthony is in jail and he stated that he deserves to serve the time. He has not gone to trial yet but said he will probably be charge with a D felony. Does anyone know what that is? I tried looking it up and got frustrated. I think it might be grand larceny, but am not sure. Any info. would be great.

Felonies go from A through E.....
E being the least....D is the same.....before the person gets charged with a misdemeanor.
I didn't see your post before but I'm glad that you were able to see your friend.
Thanks for the info. Do you know what amount a time someone seves for a class D felony? He thinks about 1 -1.5 years.
