Hot Holiday Moms Buddy Groups
OK please let me know if I left anyone out. I tried to double check to make sure I didn't miss anyone but it has been a looooong day so anything is possible.
I tried to group people together based on what their goals for the challenge were and after that breaking them down into smaller groups was totally random.
PLEASE try to FM your buddy members before the weekend to introduce yourself and let them know what your goals are. From that point it's up to you how useful you make the buddy system. It's been proven though that people who try to lose weight and exercise in a group with support are more successful. I have had buddies in the past and checked in daily and traded recipes, exercise plans, meal plans, etc. and it was so helpful staying on track.
Also please remember to try to post a check in at least once a week to the Hot Holiday Moms weekly thread.
OK ladies this is it. We're up, organized and ready to go. 118 days to succes (if I did the math right  )

If you do not plan to participate in the challenge please let me know so I can make sure that no one is left without buddies or if you don't hear from your buddies by Monday please let me know and I can move you to another active group.

I know, I can't believe Miranda will be 1 in less than 3 weeks. It really goes to fast. When she screams these blood curling screams demanding what she wants when she wants it I miss the days I had to hold her all day sleeping in my arms, at least she was quiet

I need 25lbs off of me and I need to exercise 4x a week...or get lipo...often I think lipo is more appealing

OMG! PIMP! Friggin hilarious! I feel the exact same way. If I had the $$ I would get a endless list of stuff done  . I would be nip and tucked and PROUD of it! No Star Jones here!
