Do you sleep with your bed spread?
or do you roll it down before you go to bed. I got this gorgeous bedding set for my shower and I finally just made my bed with it. My husband seems to think we can sleep with it, but I always thought you took it off when you go to sleep. Besides it says Dry Clean Only. That's going to be very costly to dry clean our blanket often.

We sleep with it every night. I dry clean it every 3 months. It costs $30 to dry clean.
In the winter months, I put the down comforter underneath it for extra warmth.

Wow, really. I think I might be loosing this battle  I guess that's not so bad $30. I'm just afraid we might have to clean it more often because we both sweat a lot during the night.

I turn my bed down in the evening. I don't use my bedspread. I use a thick feather filled comforter to sleep.

No I roll it down and fold it before going to bed every night, its too expensive to sleep on. I pull out the comforters out of the closet for us to sleep with.
edited to say we have a bedspread and a duvet, I fold BOTH.

We don't have a bed spread. Our bed is made with sheets, blanket, comforter.

We do but we use a sheet and then a thin blanket and then the comforter. Ours is not dry clean only, so every couple of months I bring it to the laundrymat and use one of their huge washers and wash it.

I have a down comforter in a duvet cover. It was expensive. It is light colored. It is dry clean only, but we selep with. I woudn't have gotten down if weren't going to sleep under it.
We do use a sheet, so it is not soaked in sweat or anything, but it does need to be dry cleaned periodically.
