We've been calling the new pizza place, DiSalvo's across from Blockbuster, for weeks to see if they were open yet.

We finally got them on the phone today and got some food. I got rigatoni bolognese and DH got an eggplant parm hero.

There was no ricotta in my bolognese sauce. That was dissapointing, I love ricotta. But everything else was pretty good. The bread wasn't stale, it was hot, tasted good, the sauce wasn't watery.

We usually eat take out once a week so we'll see if it gets worse, or better.
