REPOST FROM PREGNANCY: JUST LOST MY MUCOUS PLUG!... HOW LONG..
I just lost my mucous plug at about 6am this morning.. totally gross by the way!! How long after you lost your plug did u go into labor?? I am starting to feel some cramping. Dont know what is real or fake anymore!!

Sounds like you are going to have a baby by Wednesday! 
Time the cramps you are feeling. Early labor wasn't that painful for me, but I realized it was the real deal when I was feeling the cramps every 10 minutes!!

I lost my plus in the morning and started contractions 12 hours later and had my daughter the next day but other people have had the plug fall out and not have a baby or anything for a few days

This late in the game I would say within a couple of days. I lost mine at 37 weeks and nothing but then again when I was a couple of days overdue and my daughter was born at 5 days overdue.

I had been contracting for 12 hours @ 5 min apart when I lost my plug. Gave birth 12 hours later...good luck!!

My sister and aunt both went into labor the same day they lost theirs but I guess everyone is different. Good luck.

I lost my plug over the course of a weekend and went into labor on a Tues morning.

I lost my plug 5 days before I went into labor..I was in labor for 29 hours before I had a C-S... But everyone is different.. So good luck and happy delivery...

I didn't lose mine until the hospital, but my sister lost hers like a week before she was induced, maybe a bit more. Anyway...good luck and hope to see you on "Parenting" really soon!
