cingular wireless-opinions? (also motorola razr)
FH has to get a new cell phone. We are currently on a sprint plan, and it will cost $300 to terminate it ($150 each). It would probably cost FH $200-$250 to get a new sprint phone.
I found a deal through cingular that is the same plan we have through sprint, and also we would get two free razr phones. We're wondering if its worth it to do this. Sprint's service is pretty crappy.
Are you happy with Cingular? How about the razr?

Lovin Cingular. My DH works for them. I just dumped Verizon...good riddance.
Never been a fan of Sprint.
I have the Pink Razr and I love it! Get the pink one...

we have cingular wireless, service is awesome but i find their billing dept to be a little 'off'. i've always had problems w/ getting my bill on time and them always sending me late notices when i am never late!  its just frustrating b/c i have to call like every 2 months when i get one and tell them 'it's been paid', they just note it in the system and no one knows why i get these notices.

I agree about the billing department!! I love the service I get with cingular and I swtiched from Verizon, which I hated!! I get signals everywhere.

I have Cingular & have no problems with it! Never have problems with billing.

i had Cingular but changed to Verizon for work, all of my family still have Cingular and no problems 
Razrs are good, but new things should be coming out soon.

We have cingular the service is fine - not great. I liked verizon better.
DH has the black razr and I think it's a piece of crap and he just stopped in to for a second replacement since the first two have not worked properly.

very happy... plus if it was not for my 6,000 plus roll over minutes i would be in a big jam right now! in the 3 weeks with all that happen to me i went through 3000 plus minutes. so i at least can still keep my phone on and not have it again till the 21st
