Haircuttin' Small Talk!
Like it or hate it?
I love when I go to someone for a haircut and they just cut my hair. I actually picked my last hair stylist when I lived in Queens based on the fact that she did a great job BUT also didn't say anything beyond the usual courtesies...
I am just bad at small talk, it makes me anxious.

Im good at small talk. i could probably have a whole conversation with a Wall if i had to,,, but when i'm getting my hair done, etc... it really depends on my mood. i sometimes just like to have the quiet relaxation thinig going.

I know some people become quite friendly with their stylists, I meant to have that as an option.

I love to talk but not with the hairdresser. Somehow i feel they are going to chop my long hair off and then...Id have to kill em' ; )

It depends on the person. I just went to a new place today and I got along great with the girl who cut my hair. For the past 5 years I've been going to a guy who doesn't speak English very well and I really didn't have too much to say to him.

I don't want to talk when I'm getting my haircut or when I'm getting a massage.. I got a pregnancy massage when I was 8 1/2 months preggo and the lady wouldn't shut up

My hair cutter/colorist knows my life story!! She always asks me what's new in my life. She did my makeup for my wedding too...and I've known her even longer before that.
