Super bowl pools
a friend at work won one of the quarters in the super bowl pool. he told me that the one that organized the pool gets 10% i said what for. my friend said for organizing the pool. is that right that the organizer gets 10%. this was never said when the pool was started

We didnt have any "fees" with any of our pools for those who organized it. Thats silly.

I have heard that before -- just like when you win at the casino you are suppused to tip the dealer.
I think it depends on the type of pool -- ie if I won at work, I don't think it's really expected but if I joined one at a bar or something I would have.
